~He has to save her 'cause she's a valued member of the Organization, and he does it by telling her to stay IN the water since zombies have a severe disadvantage in the water. ~Well, something frightened Pugita and he inked in Anguille's hair. Now she's freaking out because her perm is ruinned and Pugita doesn't know how to fix it.
